The Baseball Project is a super group whose members make up the trunk of the indie rock family tree : Steve Wynn (Dream Syndicate) Scott McCaughey (The Minus 5), Linda Pitmon (Zuzu’s Petals) and Peter Buck (R.E.M.). As the name suggests they write songs that deal with the humanity and the fun of our national pastime. They recorded this special kid-friendly version of “Take Me Out To The Ballgame” just for Joey’s Song for Kids.
